Your Energetic Heart
When speaking of your ‘Heart’ in this context, we are referring to your Unique Heart Energy, your Heart Chakra. We can also call this your Energetic Heart, connecting your Lower & Higher Energy Bodies.

Your Sensitive Starseed & Lightworker Nature
You are here in an Earthly Incarnation as a Highly Sensitive Starseed & Lightworker. Oftentimes you feel so much of the world and others around you, that you may wonder why you would want to open your Heart up more… You may already feel so much in your daily life of what others around you and in the world are going through, that it would be hard to feel even more of that with a Heart that is opened more deeply. So why would you open your Heart more deeply and when would you do this?

Why & When to Open Your Heart
When you are in Sacred Space on the Inner Realms, during Meditation Time or Communion Time with your Spirit & Support Teams, it is safe to open your Heart. You are guided & held by your Spirit and the Ascended Masters, Archangels & Cosmic Cousins around you. In your day-to-day life on the Outer Realms, your Materialized Timelines, you may be more inclined to ‘protect’ your Heart rather than opening your Heart up more deeply. So how to go about this? Follow the Guidance from your Spirit in each & every moment and each and every day. On your Spiritual Path of Ascension, embodying more of your Spirit in your Earthly Vessel, you will move through Initiations of further Heart Expansion. Sometimes this will even feel like your chest is ‘breaking open’ as old and now obsolete (protective) layers of your Heart dissolve and fall away. This is part of your Spiritual Journey that will happen automatically. Within those larger Growth Periods in your life and Initiation Flows, you can choose more consciously to open your Heart up more to different people, groups, Guides & Support Teams and in different circumstances in your life, including your intimate relationships. So trust your Spirit is guiding the further Heart Opening process automatically and use your further Guidance to decide when, where & with whom to open your Heart up in your day-to-day life.

Opening Your Heart More Deeply
When you do receive the Guidance to open your Heart more deeply, what is the best way to do this? Your Heart Chakra can be opened or closed more with your Intention. For instance when you feel safe in your home and during Meditation time, your Intention naturally allows and facilitates a fuller (wider) Heart Opening. When you are in an uncomfortable perhaps lower frequency environment and situation, you may automatically choose to consciously (or sub-consciously) close your Energetic Heart a bit more. But do you need to protect your Heart?

Protecting Your Heart
Energies are received via your Energetic Heart. Your Heart is a powerful receiver & transmitter of Energies. So when you feel the environment, people, situation is not of Higher Frequency, you can protect your Energetic Heart by closing your Heart Chakra more. You can for instance intend to go down to ‘30%’, which can signal to your Spirit/Soul to seal your Energetic Heart up to about 30%. See it as a camera lens closing more or a flower pulling its petals in more. You can also open your Heart up more when you feel this is appropriate and go to ‘100%’ with your Intention. By managing your Energetic Heart in this way, it is like closing your windows if there is a storm or rougher weather or opening them up when the weather is fine and there is a delicious breeze coming in. For the overarching Heart Opening Flows directed by your Spirit on your Path of Ascension, those are more easily dealt with via techniques like Trusting, Surrendering & Letting Go.

Your Higher Heart
When we speak of your ‘Higher Heart’, it refers to your Thymus Chakra, the Chakra above your Heart Chakra. This Chakra opens up more as you raise in your Ascension Consciousness Level and your Love Quotient & Light Quotient increases. Your Higher Heart is all about Group Consciousness Energies, you connecting to others in your World & on the Inner Realms. As your Heart Energies open up more, your Higher Heart Energies will open up more as well following this process. This too is guided by your Spirit & Support Teams.

Guidance from Your Spirit & Support Teams for a Deeper Heart Opening
In the following process your Spirit & Support Teams assist you in a Deeper Heart Opening as a day-to-day practice:
1: Sit in Sacred Space with your Spirit & Support Teams
2: Focus on your Heart Energy
3: Expand Your Heart Energy to 6 feet in all Directions from your Core
4: Receive Guidance as to the best % to have your Heart Open for this next flow in your day: for instance the next meeting you have, lunch with a friend, discussion with your partner, shopping trip to the grocery store etc. This can range for example from 10% to 100%.
5: Set the Intention to have your Energetic Heart open at this level.
6: During your day receive continuing Guidance from your Spirit & Support Teams to adjust your Heart Expansion %.
7: Seal up your Sacred Space Session with your Spirit & Support Teams

Allow yourself time to get better at this. In general, the more you have your Heart Center as open as possible, the more you will be sharing your Divine Unique Frequency with the World. Knowing you can allow yourself to seal up more as well is a powerful tool to support your Spiritual Journey as a Highly Sensitive Soul in your Earthly Incarnation!
