How to Use Your Spiritual Energetic Pillar

On your Spiritual Journey, your Spiritual Pillar is your Number 1 Spiritual Tool. As an Energetic Being in a physical body in your Earthly Incarnation, your Pillar assists you to stay connected to Source (on the Inner Realms) and to Earth (on the Outer & Inner Realms). This keeps you both grounded in your Incarnation on Earth & connected to your Spirit.

Steps to Setting Up Your Spiritual Pillar
During Divine Light Meditations we always set up your Energetic Pillar, your Spiritual Pillar, first. The general steps to setting up your Pillar are:
1: Connect to your Heart Energy: place your Focus, your Awareness, on your Heart Energy. This connects you to your Heart Energy, ready for the next step.
2: Form a Sphere of your Heart Energy: once you have connected to your Heart Energy, expand your Heart Energy to 6 feet in all directions from your Core. You form a Sphere of your Own Heart Energy all around you.
3: Expand Your Heart Energy down to Mother Gaia: the next step is the expand your Heart Sphere, your Heart Energy, down to the Core of Mother Earth. She awaits this connection with you.
4: Receive from Mother Gaia: as you expand your Heart Energy down to the Core of Mother Gaia, receive from her. In each Meditation and for each Soul this will be a different Energy. Sometimes for instance you need Nurturing Energy, like a gentle Pink Frequency. Other times you need Golden Divine Power Energy or activating Rainbow Energetics. Trust your Spirit & Mother Gaia are offering you what is in the Highest for you at that time.
5: Connect up to Source: once you have received from Mother Gaia, breath your Energy & what you have received from her up through your Chakras to Source. The Energy will travel from Mother Earth’s Heart, her Core, to your Earth Star Chakra, 15cm below your feet. Next to your Link Chakra (between your knees), to your Base Chakra, your Sacral Chakra, your Hara (belly button) Chakra, your Solar Plexus Chakra, your Heart Chakra, your Thymus (Higher Heart) Chakra, your Throat Chakra, your Brow/Third Eye Chakra, your Crown Chakra (top of your head) and your Soul Star Chakra (15cm above your head). From there it will travel up to the Sun, the Central Sun, the Great Central Sun & finally Source (on the Inner Realms). See your Energetic Pillar as connecting your Inner World, the Inner Realms, with your Outer World, your Manifested, Materialized World (12 Materialized Dimensions). So both up to Source and down to the Core of Mother Gaia connects your Inner & Outer World, remembering that your Outer World is a Reflection of your Inner World as a Spiritual Energetic Being having an Earthly Experience, an Earthly Incarnation.
6: Saturate & Strengthen Your Pillar: continue the process of breathing down to Mother Earth and back up to Source, using your breath: breath in as you breathe up to Source and breath out as you breathe your Energy down to Mother Gaia. This strengthens and saturates your Spiritual Pillar. Your Pillar at that stage is 6 feet in all directions from your Core.

Your Spiritual Pillar to Mother Gaia
Generally when we set up your Energetic Pillar during Divine Light Meditations (and in your daily life), your Pillar will run from the Core, the Heart of Mother Gaia, up to Source. Your Pillar will be 6 feet in front of you, to your right, behind you and to your left. Your Base Spiritual Pillar running from Source to Mother Gaia will serve you well.

Your Spiritual Pillar to Galactic Core
As your Spiritual Journey advances and you raise your Vibration and your Ascension Consciousness Level, holding more Divine Love, Divine Light & Divine Power Frequencies, you can choose to run your Pillar down to the Core of Gaia and from there down to Galactic Core. Galactic Core, the Core of the Galaxy on the Inner Realms, is also referred to by us as the Core of the Logos. Just as Mother Gaia, Mother Earth, is a Sentient Energetic Being with her own Spiritual Journey, so too is the Galaxy, the Logos, a Sentient Being, an Energetic Being on a Spiritual Journey. Running your Pillar up to Source and down to Galactic Core (through the Core of Mother Gaia) will connect you powerfully to Earth & to the Galaxy (on the Inner & Outer Realms). You will feel intuitively and you will be guided when it is time to run your Pillar beyond the Core of Gaia to the Core of the Logos. Trust your Guidance and feel free to experiment as guided: you will feel what feels better for you at this time.

Your Spiritual Pillar Source to Source
You will continue to raise your Frequency & Vibration on your Spiritual Path. The next version of your Energetic Pillar runs from Source (up) to Source (down). Your Spiritual Pillar then flows as follows: from your Heart Energy Sphere down to the Core of Gaia, to Galactic Core, to Source (below). Receive from Source, Galactic Core & Mother Gaia and breathe your Energies up through your 12 Primary Chakras, through the Sun, the Central Sun, the Great Central Sun to Source. Strengthen your Pillar by breathing up and down your Pillar multiple times: up on the inbreath and down on the outbreath. As with running your Pillar to Galactic Core, you will be guided when it is time to run your Pillar Source to Source. Again trust your Guidance, all is in Divine Order.

Expanding & Contracting Your Spiritual Pillar
When you are comfortable and aware of using your Energetic Pillar in your daily life, both during Meditation and your Earthly Life, you can learn to experiment with expanding or contracting the width of your Pillar in different circumstances. Let’s say your are going to be in an Energetic lower Frequency intense environment, your may choose to contract your Pillar to let’s say 3 feet in all directions from your core during that time. You will take in less Energy from the lower Frequency environment and more easily feel your own Energy and stay yourself. This also applies the other way: if you are in a very expansive High Frequency Environment (with for instance like-minded Soul Family in beautiful nature), you can expand your Pillar to 12, 24 or 48 feet in all Directions from your Core. This also applies during Divine Light Meditations, where we regularly expand your Pillar on the Inner Realms to as wide as Mother Gaia, the Galaxy or even the Universe.

Practice using your Spiritual Pillar multiple times a day and you will reap the amazing benefits of this number one Spiritual Tools on your Spiritual Journey!
