What Are the Best Ways to Astral Travel?

When we travel on the Inner Realms during Divine Light Meditations, there are multiple ways to go from one location to another. The Inner Realms are your Inner World, the non-materialized Energetic World within yourself. All is connected on the Inner Realms and you have access to a vast Energetic Field including Mother Earth, the Solar System, the Galaxy, the Universe and beyond. This Inner World is very different to your materialized Earthly world, which is a materialized reflection of this Inner World.

Astral Travel ~ Astral Projection
There are different ways to name ‘travelling on the Inner Realms’. Terms often used are Astral Travel and Astral Projection. They are closely related and an easy way to relate to them is you use Astral Projection to Astral Travel on the Inner Realms. Your Consciousness is still connected to your physical body, however travelling on the Inner Realms at the same time. When, as during Divine Light Guided Meditations, your focus is primarily on your Experience on the Inner Realms, you are mainly focussed on your Astral Travel Experience.

Starting in a Temple and Ending back in your Physical Body
You may notice at the beginning of a Divine Light Meditation we bring our Consciousness & Awareness to a Temple Space on the Inner Realms, for instance the Divine Presence Communion Temple. This is the starting point of our Astral Travel Journey, whether we stay in the Temple Space the whole time or visit other places on the Inner Realms (for example another Temple on Arcturus etc). At the end of the Divine Light Meditation, we always return back to our physical bodies in our here and now with all of our Consciousness & Awareness, thus sealing up your Astral Travel Journey & your Astral Projection.

Common Ways to Astral Travel on the Inner Realms
During our Channeled Guided Meditations, the most common ways we Astral Travel from one location to another are:
1: in Your Own Merkaba
2: in Group Merkaba
3: via a Multidimensional Portal
4: via a Chakra as a Multidimensional Portal
5: on an Inner Realms transport

1: Astral Travel in Your Own Merkaba
You can always move from one location to the next via the use of your own Merkaba. A few of the Divine Light Meditations with the Arcturians for instance focus on receiving, anchoring and activating your 1-3-7 Merkaba, your 2-4-6 Merkaba & your 5-5-5 Merkaba. These are all different Merkabas with different functions, however share the functionality of being a mode of Astral Travel. You can always use your own Star Merkaba for example to Astral Travel.

2: Astral Travel in Group Merkaba
During our Meditations, the Support Teams that are part of the Meditation, often Cosmic Cousins like the Arcturians, Andromedans, Venusians, Pleiadians, Sirians etc., assist in the Co-Creation of a Group Merkaba for Astral Travel. This Group Merkaba is then used to travel on the Inner Realms to another Temple Space on another realm etc.

3: Astral Travel via a Multidimensional Portal
Another popular mode of Astral Travel is via Multidimensional Portals. These are opened & activated by the Support Teams and all Souls present can simply step through. For instance a Portal can be opened & activated between the Divine Presence Communion Temple (as connected to Mother Earth) and a Venusian Healing Temple, where we can then receive a part or all of the Offering from your Spirit for that specific Meditation.

4: Astral Travel via a Chakra
Your 7 and 12 Primary Chakras (Soul Star – CROWN – BROW/THIRD EYE – THROAT – Thymus/Higher Heart – HEART – SOLAR PLEXUS – Hara/Belly Button – SACRAL – BASE – Link/Knees – Earth Star) are themselves Multidimensional Portals. You can Astral Travel into your Chakras to access different areas of the Inner Realms. Diving in for instance via your Heart Chakra, will lead you to the Inner World connected to your Heart Chakra. Here you can then move through receiving Guidance & Healing in relation to your (Multidimensional) Heart Energetics.

5: Astral Travel on an Inner Realms Transport
A final common way to Astral Travel on the Inner Realms if via a Transport like a Ship. A good example are Astral Command Ships & Galactic Federation Ships.
